Shyam Rajendran

I run and grow engineering teams that own the front of the product—the UI, the design system, and the way dozens of apps and micro-frontends fit together. A lot of my time goes into making sure we’re building one coherent experience instead of a patchwork, and that other teams can ship without reinventing the wheel.

I still write code: architecture spikes, the trickier integrations, and the kind of tooling that makes everyone’s life easier. I’ve worked with product and UX to shape flows and APIs, and more recently with AI and LLMs—agentic workflows, orchestration, and putting that capability in front of real users in a way that actually holds up.

I care about clarity in the stack, sensible defaults, and leaving things in better shape than I found them. If that lines up with what you’re building, I’d be glad to talk.
